Sometimes, regardless of what you do, the market is slow. There’s a helplessness you feel when there’s no activity. That’s why I do business a little differently. I don’t wait for a viewing request to pick up the phone and call my clients. When you list with me, I check in with you by phone or in person every week - on Wednesdays, to be specific.

I let you know how many hits your listing is getting, what’s going on in the current market in your area and HRM, and answer any questions you may have. This is the biggest reason my clients refer me to others - they feel well informed throughout the selling process, even in times of slow activity.
