ABOUT PETER BROUWER
Three things you need to know about me: I’m hard working, I’m a nice guy, and I deliver great results. But more importantly, you need to know what that means for you.
First, I will be your partner in this process. Whether you’re buying or selling, I’m going to take the time to get to know you. Building a great relationship is important to me because it allows me to understand your needs, your reservations, your goals, and the best way I can guide you through the buying or selling process.
I will call you weekly - without fail - to check in, provide updates and answer any questions. When you list with me, I will work diligently to help you make sure your home is completely ready for sale and shows its best. I will market your property in many ways, including through my successful video blog. I will be there every step of the way to ensure you are happy with your results.
I could write pages about myself, but chances are you are here because a friend or family member recommended me for your real estate transaction so you’ve already heard a bit about me. I’ve worked with more than 1,200 clients over the last 19 years and am proud to say that most of my business comes from referrals, because my business is based on building great relationships. I hope to build one with you.
You can feel confident that you are working with someone who understands what you want, knows the real estate market, and can give you the advice and guidance you need.
